Supercell-300G

Maximize spindle utilization and production flexibility with the Supercell-300G 5-axis Horizontal Machining Center. Designed for small- to mid-size, high-precision parts and unmanned machining, this compact automation cell combines a 20-station automatic pallet changer with an 188-tool matrix-style automatic tool changer to keep multiple jobs running with minimal setup and operator intervention. A Work ID System helps manage part data and pallet assignments for efficient, organized production and extended unmanned operation.

Full simultaneous 5-axis machining is supported by a rigid trunnion-style rotary table with hydraulic clamping for increased stability and accurate multi-sided machining. Linear scale feedback on the X, Y, and Z axes, combined with a 67-million-pulse encoder, delivers positioning accuracy of ±0.001 mm (±0.000039”)/full stroke and repeatability of ±0.0005 mm (±0.000020”).

A 20,000 RPM integral spindle with dual-contact design provides the speed and stability needed for high-speed machining, complex geometries, and a wide range of materials. High-speed, High Accuracy Control III with 8,190-block look-ahead supports smooth, precise contouring and exceptional surface finishes.

With a 510 × 510 × 460 mm (20.1” × 20.1” × 18.1”) X/Y/Z work envelope and workpieces up to Ø330 mm (13.0”) × 200 mm (7.9”) and 30 kg (66 lbs.), the Supercell-300G delivers high-speed, high-precision automated machining for small- to mid-size components in a compact footprint.
