The Jigcenter-5 Vertical Jigborer provides not only ultra-high precision and ultra high-speed machining performance, but also the power needed for high torque cutting. The Jigcenter-5 guarantees positioning accuracy of ±0.001mm (±0.000039” Full Stroke) and repeatability of ±0.0005mm (±0.00002”) with fine pitch (8mm) Ballscrews and the aid of Kitamura’s exclusive standard linear scale feedback system on all axes. Ballscrew Cooling System and Intelligent Advanced Control (IAC System 1) are also standard to ensure the stabilization of accuracy while the dynamic double column construction allows the Y-axis to be fully supported throughout its entire movement, full stroke.
