A #40, 20,000rpm 4-step geared spindle offers the flexibility and versatility needed in the heavy duty cutting of molds to the high-speed, high accuracy cutting required for high precision, more intricate parts. With a positioning accuracy of +/-0.002mm (+/-0.000079”)/full stroke and repeatability of +/-0.001mm (+/-0.000039”) The Bridgecenter-6G #40 is the perfect machine for large, long parts that require a wider machining area, most often associated with the Die Mold, Aerospace and Defense Industries.
