Put the SUPERCELL-1000G 5-axis Horizontal Machining Center to work on demanding applications requiring large work envelopes, heavy cutting, and high precision. This ultra-rigid machining center combines a heavy-duty box-way design with a reinforced trunnion-style tilting table to provide exceptional stability and damping under high cutting loads. Full simultaneous 5-axis capabilities allow complex parts to be machined complete in fewer setups while maintaining consistent tool engagement.

Twin-drive axis architecture distributes cutting forces evenly through the machine structure, while linear and rotary scale feedback, thermal compensation, and ballscrew cooling systems support long-term geometric stability and precision. The SUPERCELL-1000G delivers positioning accuracy of ±0.002 mm (±0.000079”)/full stroke and repeatability of ±0.001 mm (±0.000039”) on linear axes, with rotary accuracy up to ±4 arc-seconds.

A gear-driven spindle delivers the torque and stability required for heavy material removal, with configurations available up to 1,225.9 Nm of torque. A standard 122-tool automatic tool changer and 2-station automatic pallet changer allow parts to be loaded and unloaded while machining continues on the opposite pallet, maximizing spindle utilization and reducing idle time.

The SUPERCELL-1000G offers a Ø1,080 mm × 1,000 mm (42.5” × 39.4”) work envelope and 1,500 kg (3,300 lbs.) load capacity for demanding aerospace, defense, energy, oil and gas, and heavy industrial applications.
